Terms of Service
Effective date: July 19, 2026. By accessing or using an AEO Zone website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and any additional written terms presented for a specific service.
1. Eligibility and Business Use
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement and must use the website and services for lawful purposes. Business information you submit must be accurate, current, and authorized.
2. Website and Assessment Use
Website content, assessments, scores, calculators, examples, and recommendations are informational tools. They do not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, medical, cybersecurity, or financial advice. Results depend on the information supplied and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
3. Services and Separate Agreements
Paid services may require a proposal, order form, statement of work, payment authorization, or service agreement. If specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific written terms control for that service.
4. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the fees disclosed before purchase. Taxes, third-party fees, software subscriptions, advertising spend, filing fees, lender fees, and other outside costs are not included unless expressly stated. Payment processors may apply their own terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for timely access, approvals, content, credentials, accurate information, legal compliance, and implementation decisions. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, third parties, or circumstances outside our control may change timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
AEO Zone and its licensors retain ownership of website content, trademarks, methods, assessments, templates, designs, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights expressly stated in the applicable agreement. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; violate law or third-party rights; misuse forms; submit false funding or referral information; or use content to build a competing product without authorization.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Some solutions depend on third-party platforms, lenders, processors, hosting providers, AI systems, or other vendors. We do not control their availability, decisions, pricing, policies, or performance and are not responsible for changes or failures outside our control.
9. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee revenue, profits, rankings, visibility, leads, conversions, funding approval, rates, savings, or any specific outcome. Case examples and estimates are illustrative and not promises.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AEO Zone and its owners, affiliates, providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount paid to AEO Zone for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, except where law prohibits this limitation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEO Zone and its owners, affiliates, and providers from claims arising from your unlawful use, submitted content, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or business decisions based on the services.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, unlawful activity, security concerns, or material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
13. Governing Law
Unless a specific service agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will lie in courts with jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
