24/7 Website Lead Response System™ Client Agreement

Step 1 of 4: Accept terms → Complete intake → Review private build → Approve and pay before launch

$0 Upfront Review Process, version 2.2. Agreement acceptance is a request to participate; AEO Zone confirms suitability and written project scope before work begins. Regulated or highly customized uses require separate terms.

1. Review Process and Scope

For qualified businesses accepted into the review process, Client selects Customer Mode — 24/7 Website Lead Response System™ ($1,997 one time), Internal Mode — core team-facing implementation ($1,497 one time), or the Complete System — Customer Mode + core Internal Mode ($2,997 one time). Customer Mode includes knowledge capture and architecture, common-question responses, lead capture and qualification, agreed next-step routing, CRM-ready summaries, human escalation rules, testing, launch review, and 30 days of initial optimization after launch. Internal Mode is a privately used team-facing implementation built around approved company knowledge for agreed summaries, missing-information prompts, qualification/decision support, handoffs and next-step guidance. The Complete System includes both Customer Mode and core Internal Mode. Before work begins, both parties confirm the selected package and written scope. Signing this form does not automatically authorize work.

2. $0 Upfront and Review Before Payment

No setup payment or payment-card information is due to begin the approved build. AEO Zone will place the agreed working version in a private, access-controlled staging environment for Client review. Client may test the agreed workflows before deciding whether to approve. AEO Zone will not place Customer Mode into production, provide production access to Internal Mode, transfer completed deliverables, or otherwise launch the selected package until the applicable selected-package fee has been received and cleared.

3. Review, Revision and Decision

Within five business days after AEO Zone sends the staging link and written review checklist, Client will provide one consolidated written list of in-scope changes, expressly approve the build, or decline it. One consolidated revision round of in-scope wording, approved knowledge, and agreed routing adjustments is included before payment. AEO Zone will correct a material failure to meet the confirmed written scope without counting it against that revision round. After AEO Zone notifies Client that changes are ready, Client has three business days to approve or decline. New features, additional workflows, integrations, departments, and major scope changes are not included and require a separate quote and written approval. No silence or failure to respond will be treated as approval or trigger a payment obligation. If Client does not respond for ten business days, AEO Zone may close the preview without charge.

4. Declining the Build

If Client is not satisfied after the included revision opportunity, Client may decline the unpublished build in writing during the review period and owes $0 in setup fees. AEO Zone may then disable the staging preview. Client may not copy, publish, transfer, or use the unpublished System, its implementation, or AEO Zone's reusable materials. Client retains its own pre-existing business information and documents. The review process does not guarantee new leads, sales, or revenue.

5. Approval, Invoice and Launch

Approval means Client expressly confirms that the staged implementation meets the confirmed written scope, either through the review form or a written response that AEO Zone records. After approval, AEO Zone sends an individual ACH invoice for the selected package—$1,997 for Customer Mode, $1,497 for Internal Mode, or $2,997 for the Complete System—with bank transfer instructions, due within three business days. Client will initiate an ACH bank transfer through its own bank using the payment instructions on the ACH invoice. The invoice does not route this payment through a Stripe or PayPal checkout. AEO Zone will verify receipt of payment in its business account before coordinating production launch and handoff of the completed deliverables within scope. If payment is not received, the implementation remains in staging and may be paused; no production launch or ownership transfer occurs.

6. Client Responsibilities and Timing

Client will provide accurate company information, a decision-maker, approved source material, routing contacts, and any needed website access through an appropriate secure channel. Build timing begins only after AEO Zone confirms project fit, written scope, and sufficient inputs. Client reviews and approves business facts, offers, policies, regulated statements, and test results. AEO Zone may decline or separately quote projects requiring regulated data, custom integrations, voice, SMS, or other work beyond the confirmed package and written scope.

7. Ownership and Reusable Materials

Client retains its pre-existing trademarks and business information. Once the applicable selected-package invoice is paid in full, Client owns completed deliverables created specifically for Client within the accepted scope, subject to applicable third-party licenses. AEO Zone retains its reusable methods, templates, framework, prompts, testing procedures, know-how, and general architecture. Staging access alone does not transfer ownership.

8. Third-Party Costs and Optional Work

There is no required monthly AEO Zone management fee. Hosting, AI usage, messaging, third-party software, or other provider charges may apply after launch and are not included in the setup fee. AEO Zone will identify any required client-paid service or charge for written approval before it is incurred. Customer Mode and the Complete System include only the core capabilities listed in the confirmed written scope. Direct CRM integration, complex multi-department workflows, external APIs, advanced permissions, SMS, voice, substantial custom automation, ongoing support, and future updates are separate unless explicitly included in writing. No optional work will be charged without prior written approval.

9. Initial Optimization

Thirty days of initial optimization starts on the production launch date and covers reasonable adjustments to the approved knowledge, wording, qualification, and routing within the original scope. It is not unlimited redesign, continuous monitoring, new features, or an ongoing management plan. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope remain AEO Zone's responsibility.

10. Data, AI and Human Oversight

Client should not provide passwords, banking credentials, full payment-card details, protected health information, or unnecessary sensitive customer data through public forms or chat. Any necessary access must use an appropriate secure channel. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and require appropriate human escalation. The System does not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, underwriting, or other regulated professional judgment. Each party will take reasonable care with non-public information received from the other.

11. Results and Availability

AEO Zone does not guarantee traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, rankings, approvals, funding, or a particular business outcome. Third-party platforms and services may experience interruptions, policy changes, or usage limits. Client is responsible for reasonable ongoing human review and business decisions.

12. Liability and Termination

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AEO Zone's aggregate liability for this engagement will not exceed the amount paid for the affected project. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages except where such limits are prohibited by law. Either party may end the engagement in writing. Before express approval, Client may decline under Section 4 and owe no setup fee. Following approval, invoicing and any later termination are governed by Section 5 and any written change order.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms, the written scope confirmation, and any mutually approved written change orders constitute the agreement. If a separately signed agreement is needed for enterprise or regulated work, that agreement will control to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

Internal Mode is $1,497 one time for the core agreed implementation. The Complete System combines Customer Mode + Internal Mode for $2,997, saving $497 versus purchasing both separately. Exact scope and compatibility are confirmed before work begins.
